Problem Note 68646: The message "ERROR: The file 'XXXXXX.XXXXXX.ZIP' exists and is not a zip file. The output file must be a zip file" is not accurate
The following error is incorrect and misleading, whether it is for an input file or an output file. The message is supposed to indicate that the file does not have the required ZIP header.
ERROR: The file "XXXXXX.XXXXXX.XXXXXX.ZIP" exists and is not a zip file. The output file must be a zip file.
A hot fix is planned for this issue.
